Easter Sunday in my family can only mean one thing…. good food!

Domingo de Pascua en mi familia sólo puede significar una cosa …. buena comida !


Easter is another perfect excuse in my family to cook good food and eat good food. Today I wanted to share our apperitif with you, all super easy to make and just as tasty!

Pascua es otra excusa perfecta en mi familia para cocinar una buena comida. Hoy quiero compartir nuestro aperitivo con vosotros, todo super fácil de hacer y super sabroso !


Grilled artichoke hearts with garlic and parsley – a favourite of ours!


A classic Spanish dish of grilled prawns with garlic, parsley and olive oil… this one had us licking our fingers!!

An easy bowl of crisps, some pate and brea as well as some chopped up fuet. And, ofcourse, a good white wine to wash it all down, another one of my family’s favourites – Blanc Pescador.

All absolutely scrumptous and easy to make!

Unas crujientes patatas fritas , un pate, pan y un buen fuet . Y , por supuesto , un buen vino blanco para, otro de los favoritos de mi familia – Blanc Pescador. Todo absolutamente delicioso y fácil de hacer !
